3 Day army fitness program
The Army fitness or a 3 day army diet program is a short-term diet where you can lose up to 10 pounds per week. The current Army fitness plan follows.

3 ounces of any meat
1 cup green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Breakfast

1 egg
1 slice of toast

1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
5 crackers

Dinner

2 hot dogs (no bread)

1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

    At 40lbs over the recomended healthy weight and a bmi (female) of 34% I lost 20lbs and 4% bmi the first go at this. I’m built bulky and have to use tape mesurments to prove that it really is mostly mussel… Kinda… Under the excessive fat. Haha! But this diet works if you work it. (Female) down 6 inches in 3 days and measuring the same when I started again after the 4 cheater days. That was excellent. 2nd week around dropped 7 lbs, 3 inches.
